Available Classes

  • Tiny Tots Gymnastics

Our Tiny Tots program is designed to introduce your young athlete to foundational gymnastics skills and routines, including beam and bars. This class will include following directions for warm-ups, beginning level skills, self awareness, and safety. They will be introduced to dynamic stretches for the entire body and body holds on floor, beam, and bars.

  • Beginning Gymnastics

Beginning gymnastics is a natural progression from the Tiny Tots program. Along with more involved stretches and warm-up routines, athletes will develop well defined holds and body movements on floor, beam, and bars.

  • Intermediate Gymnastics

Our Intermediate gymnasts will refine their acquired skills with a focus on “cleaning up” their holds and body movements. These athletes are expected to learn self motivation and prolonged focus and attention to drills and routines with an opportunity for independent or small group circuits.

  • Beginning Tumbling

Our beginning tumblers will develop core strength and flexibility through a combination of stretches and body movements. Our goal is to develop body awareness and coordination and develop tumbling skills leading up to back hand spring. Great attention will be placed on safety and proper technique.

  • Intermediate Tumbling

Our Intermediate tumblers will be able to stretch and warm up prior to class. Athletes will then focus on refining and “cleaning up” previously acquired tumbling skills with a goal of acquiring their standing tuck and their round off, back hand spring, and back tuck.

  • Strength and Conditioning

Bigger, Stronger, Faster! This will be our motto. Our athletes will learn to work up a sweat and have a blast doing it. Core, agility, and safe rough and tumble will be the focus.

  • Recreational Cheer Skills

This is part one of a two part cheer program. Skills will be taught in isolation. Jumps, stunts, form, and technique will be taught and refined.

  • Recreational Cheer Team

This is the second component of the cheer program. Choreography and routine building will be the main focus. Athletes will apply the skills learned and developed in the skills class to incorporate into a choreographed cheer routine that includes a jump sequence, a dance, and a stunt. Athletes will perform a showcase for family and friends at the end of each semester.
